1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bdebet.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of bdebet, including depositing funds, placing bets, and playing casino games, you must register for a Player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• bdebet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided during registration at any time, including as a condition of processing withdrawals.

bdebet reserves the right to decline any application for account registration without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

4 Age Verification

The bdebet Platform is strictly intended for use by adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on bdebet.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bdebet employs age-verification procedures as part of its account management and withdrawal processing. Any Player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any funds deposited may be returned to the payment source used, less any withdrawals already processed.

bdebet complies with its obligations to prevent underage gambling and implements technical and procedural controls in furtherance of this commitment.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdebet are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.

Supported payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bdebet may add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion; the current list of active methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdebet account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to completion of any applicable verification steps.
• Verification requirement: Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent withdrawal at bdebet's discretion. Failure to complete verification will result in the withdrawal request being held pending until documentation is received and reviewed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdebet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets; bonus funds are applied subsequently unless specific promotional terms indicate otherwise.
• bdebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable minimum notice requirements.
• A Player may only claim a specific welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus via multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of the one-account rule under Clause 3 above.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum bonus win cap specified in the applicable promotion terms will be voided and removed from the Player's account.
• bdebet reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence that a Player has exploited promotional terms in bad faith, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The use of bdebet's sports betting and casino gaming products is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules published within individual game environments or betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdebet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific market rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where offered).
• In the event of a technical fault affecting a game or betting market, bdebet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. bdebet's decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market page and may be amended at bdebet's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

bdebet reserves the right to monitor all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct and to take immediate action, including account closure and fund forfeiture, without prior notice where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdebet Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property, is the property of bdebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdebet Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from bdebet.
• Use the bdebet brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement by bdebet.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website without bdebet's prior written authorisation.

10 Privacy & Data

bdebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on bdebet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdebet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdebet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdebet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bdebet's own gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Amendments

bdebet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bdebet will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bdebet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law
